TSR VIP, from a month
Instant downloads. No ads. Five million creations to choose from, and a membership that helps pay the artists who made them.
What the actually buys
The whole 5M-item library is free and always will be, most of it is exclusive to TSR, and new items are added every day. Whatever you are building, the odds are it is already in here. VIP is about how quickly you can find it, collect it and get it into your game.

Built for people with four-figure mods folders.
We don’t just host the CC. We pay the artists for it.
Most of the CC here isn’t just hosted by us. We paid the artists for it. Your membership funds those payouts and the servers behind 5B+ downloads. That’s how artists keep uploading, and how the library stays free for everyone.
Questions, answered
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes, it takes just a couple of clicks in your account settings. You keep VIP until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
What happens after the 7-day trial?+
The annual plan renews at for the year. Cancel before day 7 and you are not charged anything.
Is TSR custom content safe for my game?+
Every upload is reviewed by our team and virus-scanned before it goes live, and we keep the library working with the latest game patches.
Do I keep my downloads if I cancel?+
Everything already in your game stays yours. You return to the free experience: full library, with ads and standard download speeds.

TSR started in August 1999 as the very first The Sims™ fansite.
Today it’s the largest Sims community in the world, home to more free custom content than anywhere else, made by artists we pay for their work.
